TUBU ARGE Anonim Şirketi (“TUBU”, “We”, or “Our Company”) respects the privacy of users of the Dekor: AI Interior Design & Home Decor mobile application (“Application”).

1. Personal Data Collected

  • Account Credentials: Email address used during registration.
  • Photos and Images: Photos of your rooms and homes that you upload for redesign.
  • Design Preferences: Selected styles, colors, and saved generated room designs.
  • In-App Purchases: Premium membership billing handled via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

  • Generate customized, high-quality interior design renderings based on your photos,
  • Save and organize your interior design projects,
  • Continuously improve the aesthetic quality and accuracy of our AI rendering models.

3. Data Protection

Your room photos and generated designs are stored in secure cloud systems (AWS Frankfurt). We use these images solely for providing the virtual staging and redesign service. We do not sell your photos or personal design preferences to third-party ad networks.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed to provide the Application’s features. Your account data and content remain stored while your account is active. When you delete your account (via the in-app deletion option or the account deletion page), all personal data associated with your account is permanently deleted from our systems. Encrypted server backups expire automatically within 90 days at the latest. If you use the Application without creating an account, your content stays on your device and is not stored on our servers beyond what is required to process your requests. Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics purposes.

4. Deletion & Contact

Delete your account and all associated room photos at any time via the Profile -> Delete Account section in the app or by submitting a request at https://dekor.tubu.io/hesap-sil.
